At Goutpada, we strive to process and deliver orders quickly. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted if:
    • The order has already been shipped
    • The order is packed and ready for dispatch
    • The order is in the final stage of processing

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Full Refund

If the cancellation request is approved within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval.
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.

4. Cancellation Charges

Depending on the order processing stage, the following charges may apply:

Cancellation Timing Charges
Within 6 hours of placing order No cancellation fee
Between 6–12 hours of placing order 10% cancellation fee
After 12 hours or after shipment Cancellation may not be possible or up to 20% processing charges may apply

5. Promotional & Discounted Orders

  • Promotional coupon codes or discount offers used during purchase are non-refundable and cannot be reissued after cancellation.
  • Certain special offers or limited-time products may not be eligible for cancellation.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
